INGREDIENTS

  • 1L Water
  • 150g What's Cooking™ Curry Mince tub
  • 1.5kg Mince
  • 200g Chutney

METHOD

  1. Fry the mince in a pot until browned.
  2. Add the 150g sachet Curry Mince and fry with the meat until it becomes roasted.
  3. Add the water and simmer until thickened. Adjust water as needed.
  4. Add the chutney and mix through.
  5. Optional - add potatoes and peas.
