INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice of fresh bread
  • "What’s Cooking™" Dip’n Dressing Peri Peri 803195
  • 30g thinly sliced wet biltong prepared with Freddy Hirsch Hunters® Chilli Biltong Spice
  • 1⁄2 avo cut into slices
  • Fresh rocket

METHOD

  1. Spread the "What’s Cooking™" Dip n Dressing Peri Peri onto the bread.
  2. Add rocket leaves, biltong slices and top with sliced avo.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
