What's Cooking Rogan Josh Tub

Heat 200ml oil in a pot. Fry 300g onion until it starts to soften. Add the 150g sachet of the W/C Rogan Josh and fry until it starts to roast. Add 85ml of the water and cook until it becomes a paste. Add the meat and brown in the paste mixture. After 2kg cubed lamb/mutton meat has browned add the rest of the water (1L), cover and simmer until the meat is tender. Adjust water as needed. Add 100g tomato paste and 400g yogurt and mix through.
