What's Cooking Malva Pudding Tub NF

Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C. Mix 200ml milk and 2 eggs together. Combine the milk and egg mixture with a 500g sachet of W/C Malva Pudding. Bake in a 36 cm x 27 cm ovenproof dish or half insert for 30-40 minutes. FOR THE SAUCE: Heat 400ml water, 1 tin ideal milk/400mL milk, 250g white sugar and 20ml vanilla essence in a pot until it starts to boil and the sugar is dissolved. Throw the sauce over the hot pudding and let it stand until the sauce is soaked in. Optional - Serve lukewarm with W/C Custard. Add 1 tablespoon of apricot jam to the milk and eggs for the batter.
