1. The competition is open to residents of South Africa.

2. There is no entry fee

3. Persons entering the competition, need to have purchased the goods as is indicated on the promotional material in the participating store. The till-slip then serves as the entry form.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Multiple entries from the same person are allowed, provided each entry has purchased the qualifying goods for the promotion in the participating store.

5. Entry to the competition starts once the participating store has put up the promotional material. The closing date of the promotion will be indicated on the promotional material.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The winner will be drawn at random on the following day after the indicated closing date.

8. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Freddy Hirsch for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

9. If the winner does not respond to the telephone calls made to them by the participating store, notifying them of their win within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize, and the participating store reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

10. Freddy Hirsch reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
